Use at night time once or twice a week. A little goes a long way. Follow up with a toner, serum, & moisturizer. Apply susnscreen (SPF 30 or higher) in the morning. Do not insert into vagina or anus. For use on outer body. Avoid eye area. Do not leave on for longer than five minutes. Wash/rinse thoroughly.
